Oscar Peterson, Barney Kessel and Ray Brown. Track two is the famed ballad medley with the aforementioned. Track five is a Shavers feature and track six a great drum solo by J.C. Heard. Tracks six and seven--get this--feature The Gene Krupa Trio comprised of Gene, WIllie Smith and Oscar Peterson playing Tea For Two and Idaho. Yes, it looks like Idaho was, in fact, a written-out chart, as Willie and OP play the exact lines that Willie played the year before with Gene and Hank Jones at Carnegie Hall. Great fidelity and quite a find!
